Yoga on Demand Technical Information
Yoga On Demand supports all platforms; PC & MAC. Our streaming media runs FLASH widescreen at three speeds, 250bps, 400bps, 700bps. Your connection speed must at least support 128k bps (reasonable DSL or better). We will detect your connection and automatically switch to your best speed, however you can always override this feature and manually select the speed that works best.
If you are viewing through a corporate network and can't see our broadcast it may be due to firewall or controlled application policies of your company. Please ask your IT support group and they are welcome to contact us with any questions they may have.
