CorePower Special Pricing for Eligible Groups Program Terms & Conditions (Updated as of November 3, 2025 )
CorePower Special Pricing for Eligible Groups Program (the “Program”) is a program of CorePower Yoga, LLC (“CPY” or “CorePower”) and cannot be combined with any other CPY offer or program. The Program is designed to recognize eligible individuals (a) in certain communities (“Communities”) or (b) employed by or are members of certain businesses, organizations and other groups (“Company Partners”), by providing those individuals with various benefits. The Program and all benefits related to the Program are subject to these CorePower Special Pricing for Eligible Groups Program Terms & Conditions (these “Program Terms & Conditions), and, as applicable, the CorePower Yoga Student Terms & Conditions(the “Student Terms & Conditions”) and any other terms and conditions referenced herein. By participating in the Program and taking advantage of Program benefits, you agree to these Program Terms & Conditions (including as such are updated or modified from time to time). If you do not agree to these Program Terms & Conditions, you may not participate in the Program or take advantage of Program benefits.
Eligible Participants and Communities
Eligible participants in the Program are individuals age eighteen (18) or older.
Such individual must be either employed by or a member of a Company Partner or part of a following Community, as further set forth below.
Company Partners. From time to time, a CPY location may designate one or more Company Partner(s) in the location’s community for which the location would like to offer Program benefits to individuals associated with the Company Partner (for example, employees of a business, volunteers of a charity, residents of an apartment, etc.) CPY reserves the right however, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, to not accept an initial designation or terminate an existing designation, in which case Program benefits will not be available or cease being available, as applicable, to individuals associated with such prospective or current Company Partner. A Company Partner designated by one location will be a Company Partner for all other CPY participating locations.
Communities. The Communities are listed below:
Teachers: Superintendents, K-12 faculty, high school faculty, university faculty and post-secondary educational institution/trade school faculty. All educational institutions in which an individual is a faculty member must be United States-based.
Students: Full-time and part-time college students, post-secondary educational institution/trade school students and high school students accepted into a college. All educational institutions in which an individual is a student must be United States-based.
Military Members: Active duty members, and veterans or retirees, of any of the branches of the United States military, including, Reservists and National Guard members, and including any Registered Military Dependents and members of Gold Star Families.
Healthcare Workers: Nurses, doctors and other health care workers at United States-based practices and facilities.
First Responders: Firefighters, search and rescue personnel, emergency medical technicians and police for United States-based locations.
Seniors: Individuals who are residents of the United States that are age fifty-five (55) or older.
Young Adults: Individuals who are residents of the United States that are age eighteen (18) to twenty-four (24).
CorePower Yoga reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time, including on an ongoing basis, to verify initial and continuing eligibility of potential participants and ongoing participants to participate in the Program. Potential and ongoing Program participants agree to cooperate with all verification activities by CorePower Yoga and its designees, which may include submission of information to, and participation in verification activities of, any third party service provider engaged by CorePower Yoga for such purposes. Such activities may include (a) agreeing to verification terms and conditions of CorePower Yoga and/or any third party service provider, (b) submitting initial and updated information and forms to CorePower Yoga and/or any third party service provider, and (c) completing or acknowledging any forms provided by CorePower Yoga and/or any third party service provider.
Benefits of the Program
The benefits of the Program are as follows:
Discounted All Access Membership and Studio Pass. All Access Membership or Studio Pass (in select markets only) for eligible Program participants is discounted at twenty percent (20%) off the base rate for an All Access Membership at the home studio for which a Program participant registers for membership. The Program discount is only available to eligible Program participants who do not already have a CorePower membership at the time of registration for the Program. If a potential Program participant is a current CorePower member, and desires to take advantage of the discounted All Access Membership or Studio Pass, the member must cancel the member’s existing CorePower Yoga membership and wait for expiration of any required cancellation period in order to then apply for a discounted membership; for information and instruction regarding cancellation, see the CorePower Yoga Student Terms & Conditions. CorePower Yoga may from time to time, and for any or all Program participant(s) and/or potential Program participant(s) categories and subcategories, modify such discount, and the terms and conditions of such discount (including, without limitation, through limited time offers), as determined by CorePower Yoga in its sole discretion, which offers shall be as set forth in the offer or informational materials utilized by CorePower Yoga for such offer. Rates vary by location and rates are subject to change, and the applicable Program discount applies to the applicable All Access Membership or Studio Pass base rate as such rate changes from time to time during the course of membership. Once an eligible participant’s discounted All Access Membership or Studio Pass is accepted and processed by CorePower Yoga, the participant’s discount shall continue for only so long as the individual is eligible to participate in the Program, until such time as the participant cancels their membership, CorePower Yoga terminates, suspends or takes adverse action with respect to such participant’s membership, or CorePower Yoga terminates the Program or discounted All Access Membership or Studio discounts. Membership and discount is nontransferable. All Access Membership and Studio Pass are subject to the CorePower Yoga Student Terms & Conditions.
Discounted Class Packs. Eligible Program participants will receive a discount of twenty percent (20%) off the base rate for class packs, excluding single class pack or drop in classes, for the location for which a Program participant purchases a class pack.
CorePower Yoga may from time to time, and for any or all Program participant and/or potential Program participant categories and subcategories, modify such discount, and the terms and conditions of such discount (including, without limitation, through limited time offers), as determined by CorePower Yoga in its sole discretion, which offers shall be as set forth in the offer or informational materials utilized by CorePower Yoga for such offer. Rates vary by location, rates are subject to change, and the applicable Program discount applies to the applicable base rate as such rate changes from time to time. Class pack classes may be used only by the Program Participant, and class packs and classes are non-transferrable. Class Packs are subject to the CorePower Yoga Student Terms & Conditions.
How to Participate in the Program
Eligible Program participants may participate in the Program by visiting the Program website located at https://corepoweryoga.com/content/special-pricing-eligible-groups-overview. At the Program website, a Program participant may select from among the various Program benefits for which the participant is eligible. Upon selecting an applicable Program benefit, a participant’s Program eligibility will be verified as described above in “Eligible Participants and Communities.” A Program participant who is a member of multiple Program participant categories will have the opportunity at the time of selecting a particular Program benefit transaction (e.g., application for All Access Membership or purchase of a class pack) to identify with all categories then applicable to such participant, and if a participant category for which the participant identifies has a higher discount at that time, upon verification as described above, CorePower Yoga will identify the participant with that category and apply the higher discount, if any. To participate in the Program, an eligible Program participant must have a valid CorePower Yoga account and be logged in to their account. Upon selecting an applicable Program benefit, a participant’s Program eligibility will be verified as described above in “Eligible Participants and Communities.” Once verified, an existing member will need to cancel their existing membership (see CorePower Yoga Student Terms & Conditions) and once the membership is cancelled, purchase a new membership using the link https://www.corepoweryoga.com/content/special-pricing-eligible-groups-overview. The Special Pricing for Eligible Groups Program and all benefits and participation in such programs, is subject in all respects to the Special Pricing for Eligible Groups Program Terms & Conditions.
Restrictions
In addition to the other limitations and restrictions set forth in these Program Terms & Conditions, the following additional limitations and restrictions also apply. Program benefits are valid only at CorePower Yoga participating locations. Program benefits are nontransferable. Program benefits may only be used by an eligible Program participant, and only so long as the individual is eligible to participate in the Program, and the individual and the individual’s account and applicable membership (if any) is in good standing with CorePower Yoga, and not subject to any freeze or cancellation by participant, or termination, suspension or adverse action by CorePower Yoga. Program benefits have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or any substitute. Program benefits cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or promotion, including any other promotional offers available to Program participants through the Program. Program benefits cannot be applied to a prior purchase.
These Program Terms & Conditions May Change
We may change these Program Terms & Conditions; change, add, or eliminate eligible Company Partners, Communities, participant categories or subcategories, eligibility criteria, Program benefits, or participating locations; or change or end the Program or any feature of the Program; in whole or in part, at any time, and without notice or compensation, even though such actions may affect eligibility for the Program, benefits in the Program, or participation in the Program.
CorePower Yoga reserves the right to modify or add to these Program Terms & Conditions at any time, effective as of the posting of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions or a later date as may be specified in the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions. Program participants agree that CorePower Yoga may notify them of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions by making them available at https://corepoweryoga.com/content/special-pricing-for-eligible-groups-terms, and that participation in the Program after the effective date of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions (or engaging in such other conduct as we may reasonably specify) constitutes your agreement to the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions. We therefore encourage Program participants to review these Program Terms & Conditions every time an individual participates in the Program. We may also provide notice of any update to these Program Terms & Conditions in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact information provided by a CorePower Yoga account holder, all in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
Interpretation
CorePower Yoga reserves the right to interpret and apply these Program Terms & Conditions. All determinations by CorePower Yoga shall be final and conclusive in each case. Our failure to enforce any term of these Program Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Program Terms & Conditions.
